Who am I?

So I’ve written a million posts saying, this is the direction my blog is going in and this is what I’m going to do. Ultimately, since you’re reading this, none of these things worked out. I have hidden a number of blog posts and I’m going to give myself the opportunity to have a fresh start. This is an opportunity which you don’t get often in life. Since this is a fresh start, allow me to introduce myself.

My name is Alice, female, and I am about to turn 20 years old. I grew up in a small village outside of Cambridge and for a long time I assumed that I was destined for that same village life that my whole family has. I loved living in a village and at some point in the future, I cannot wait to return to that, however for now I am loving living my life in Essex. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I can honestly say that I love living in the city and being so close to London is incredible. I could count on one hand the number of times I had been to London as a child and now I feel like I’m there every weekend.

I did a level three diploma in health and social care with the view to go to university and be a children’s nurse however I decided that university wasn’t for me and instead got into childcare. I was offered a level three apprenticeship in a nursery near me. The money wasn’t good but it was an opportunity to learn and earn whilst I was doing it so I took it. At times it has been difficult and I was so ready to give up but now, almost two years on, I am looking forward to the future and can’t wait to see where I can go with my qualification.

I have three older brothers and one younger sister, we all get on reasonably well and love to catch up when we can. My parents are divorced and both have new partners and families. Our family is somewhat unconventional and crazy but I wouldn’t change it for the world.

I love to read and write, I have a few tattoos and cannot wait to get more, I have an eclectic range of interests which seem to be changing constantly and I love to craft.

I’m sure there’s a million more things that I could tell you about my life, and since I’m writing this on my boyfriends computer with an old keyboard which makes the best tapping sound, I wish I could write all day! That being said I can’t wait to get onto creating some genuine content and really get back into blogging.

If you’re interested in me and what I have to offer, I urge you to follow me on Instagram @alice_anonymous_ and be interactive. I love to chat and make the very best of friends.

I promise that one day I will decide what I’m doing with this odd little corner of the internet and make something of it.

Love always,

Alice x
